Our herbal formulas correspond according to the 24 solar terms, so it is advised to split between ‘Winter Commences’ and ‘Spring Commences’. More alcohol should be used along with the formula during winter while less during summer, the ratio can be modified according to different cases.

What is the function of the herbal bathing? Besides using it for shower, can I use it to wash my hair?

During and after pregnancy, the pelvis bone, muscle and tendon have been stretched out for the fetus’ delivery. Thus, the herbal bathing can increase blood circulation, muscle and tendon contraction and remove the coldness and dampness in the joints. This herbal bathing is beneficial when used to shower, to footbath, to wash hair with or to rub on body. This will prevent further muscle, joint soreness, and night sweats.
