OYSTERBB shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind. We will not be held liable for any shipment delays by any shipping services/agents/companies. The shipping aspect of your order is a separate service from our company and we reserve the right to no issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing losses or delays. 

We are not liable for any losses incurred during any Natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to Floods, Fires, Typhoons), Pandemic, Terrorist attacks to Threats of Terrorism. Customs service strikes / Postal service strikes, Civil Conflict, Riots, Invasions or Occupancy. Extreme Weather Conditions, or Failure of telecommunication Networks.

By placing an order with OYSTERBB, Users acknowledge that any local customs issues, charges, import taxes, import duties, last-mile delivery fee, or in general any extra charge(s) regarding the Shipment, will be of the receiver’s sole responsibility. OYSTERBB shall not be liable for any discrepancies between the Shipping Fees by the shipping agent and any local fee, or additional delivery fee charged to the receiver.

We cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. We also cannot control if your package could be examined by your local customs, which may cause delays or custom inspections. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges and import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. We cannot tell what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.

If your order has to be withheld or returned by your local customs. OYSTERBB will not be held responsible for any delays or losses. The couriers may return the items back to us. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled. If you wish us to reship the goods, you will be required to cover any costs involved. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services.

We encourage users to contact their destination country customs offices to check all of the requirements prior to placing an overseas order with us. OYSTERBB do not take any responsibility or liability for any issue.

Delivery Policy

Hong Kong / Macao: SF Express Delivery
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from OYSTERBB.

Shipping fee flat rate: HK$60

Purchase over HK$6000: Free shipping

  • Your order will be processed within 1-14 working days.

  • Please check your spam or junk email folder if you haven’t received the emails within 1 hour

  • For more info about the SF Express delivery fee, click here.

Your order will be dispatched by SF Express and you will receive another email from OYSTERBB as soon as your order has shipped with a tracking number. If you would like to track your order, enter your tracking number here.

  • Kindly note that it may take up to 48 hours for the SF Express tracking information to be updated on the SF Express online tracking system.

  • We regret that we are not able to provide any weight information regarding your order and shipment at this point.

Kindly expect 7-21 business days for delivery upon completing your purchase, depending on product availability.

Return Policy

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,  take a photo of the defective or damaged parts and send us an email at info@oysterbb.com

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange

If your requests are approved, we will send you a new item within 14 business days.

Shipping​

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
